Troubleshooting includes:
-Free shipping according to our instructions to us.
-Installing the image and checking if it helped.
-Check if changing the power supply helps.

-Checking if changing the tuners helps.
-Checking the SSD or HDD and if needed checking if replacing the SSD or HDD helps.

We cannot guarantee the functionality of the repaired device, and if you order new parts, only these new parts have a warranty. If you want to get a device that works with 100% certainty and a 24-month warranty, we recommend ordering a completely new product.

If the receiver can be made to work, we will inform you which part(s) should be replaced and how much it would cost.
If the receiver cannot be made to work, we will notify you and tell you how much a new receiver body (motherboard and frame) would cost.

We cannot guarantee that the SSD or hard disk recordings and other content will be safe not does the service cover transferring the contents of a faulty SSD or hard disk to a new SSD or hard disk.
