If you want reliable and the fastest possible 5G, 4G or 5G & 4G modem, you found it. This device supports higher download speeds than most 5G modems.

Fast 5G modem and router with 4 pcs 5G/4G antenna connectors! 4x4 MIMO. If you are on the edge or slightly out of the 5G area, you need this modem and best directional 5G antennas with best cables to get strong enough 5G signal.

The SDX62 chip of the Telewell modem is capable of up to 4.6Gbps download speed, but the router as a whole is capable of a maximum speed of 1000Mbps for Telewell 5G Industrial Router and 800Mbps for Telewell TW-EAV510 WiFi6AX. For this same reason, other current consumer modems/routers are not capable of more than 600Mbps, even if the speed of the modem chip is stated to be up to 5Gbps. Because of the TCP/IP headers, the speed test can show a speed slightly above 1Gbps.

The maximum speed of operators in Finland is download 1Gbps / upload 300Mbps. SIM cards with maximum speed of over 1Gbps are not sold in Finland. Current consumer devices also have a constraint of 1Gbps through the ethernet port.

Works of course also as a 4G+, 4G and 3G modem. LTE Cat 19. Can be used with any operator. If you use outside of Finland you might need to change network settings in the menus.

4 antenna connections enable the use of 4 powerful external antennas and therfore super fast 5G connection also outside the 5G coverage area. Many other 5G modems do not work very well with 2 external antennas, but this device has been proven to work excellently with 4 external antennas! 

The device can at the same time use two 5G SA or two 5G NSA and even more 4G frequencies making the speed a lot greater than only using one of these. 

We recommend using a WiFi mesh system or another way of sharing WiFi, because this device's own WiFi speed is slow. 

Bridge mode available.

NR 5G needs a 4G tower as an anchor. Sometimes the 4G anchor tower is not the same as the 5G tower. Then you would need to use antennas that are not too directional. Modem might connect to 4G anchor tower with any of the antennas. You must use all 4 antennas for 5G to work at all and the antennas must be for all frequencies.

Super fast modem for 4G too: Supports 5CA (5 x 4G carrier aggregation): Use of 5 4G frequencies at the same time. Maximum theoretical 4G speed 600Mbps. When used with 4 outdoor antennas this modem is almost always much faster in 4G too than other modems.

If you want the fastest possible 5G, you can connect 1 x Telewell 5G Industrial Router to the WAN port of Telewell TW-EAV510AC-LTE+5G and combine the speeds of 2 5G modems at the same time. You of course would need 2 5G sims also. Then the theoretical maximum speed would be 1200Mbps.

If 5G/4G signal is weak, automatic connection monitoring might cause small breaks. In such case, please disable "Network Monitoring":
Choose main menu option "Basic Network" (NOT under "Status") - WAN & Uplink - Connection Setup - Internet Connection List - WAN-1 - Edit - Network Monitoring Configuration - Network Monitoring Configuration: Disable. Save.
