- Our instructions are better and now divided into 4 sections. Only the first section is a must-read. Our instructions are in finnish only at the moment.
We charge for our software 10€ only to cover the price of the included USB flash drive (worth 5.95€), cost of copying to the USB drive and printing the instructions. The price does not cover the long-time development costs and we do not make any profit from it. Our software is based on free open source software. Our contribution is to find the best software to use in Finland and other EU countries, to modify the settings, to install additional plugins and modify plugin settings, to endlessly test and to make the instructions for use. No other shop makes this work, although some shops mimic us to the point where they claim to do the same.
How to order?
- Click above the blue button "Customize and Add to Cart". You will be shown the options you can choose. Read them and select what you need. Some options need to be selected and they are marked with a red star. Numbers are already chosen correctly by us.
- Choose new or customer returned receiver (if available)
- Choose the tuners you want for terrestrial, cable or satellite reception. Please note! Tuner module might have more than 1 tuner inside (for example 8 x DVB-C or 2 x DVB-T2).
- If you chose 2 pcs DVB-T2 tuner modules, you must also choose splitter and cables between splitter and tuners. This is because DVB-T2 tuner module does not have output connector.
- Choose the Storage for your needs: Main difference is the type (HDD or faster SSD) and capacity (GB). Simultaneous recording of channels on SSD up to 15 HD (or 30 SD) or HDD up to 5 HD (or 10 SD). AutoTimer allows to create a viewing library easily. For that you would need as much capacity as possible.
- We highly recommend to choose our software (image) to get an easy start and thorough instructions (at the moment in finnish only).
- We highly recommend to choose HDD/SSD installation and software (image) installation.
- Choose CI+ CAM if you have payTV terrestrial or cable channels in Finland.

Please note!
Strong CI+ V1.4 Antenna & Cable HD ready CAM is not compatible with this receiver. You can choose a CAM that has been tested working when you order.
If you purchase the receiver for satellite reception, please note that Allente (Canal Digital) new cards and CAMs are badly compatible with receivers. Please use old card and CAM from Canal Digital era instead.

Antennas

Amplification
Some antennas have built-in amplifiers. Most Televés antennas have intelligent BOSSTech amplifiers that are adjusted atumatically as the signal level changes. You can also find separate amplifiers and power supplies in our webshop.
Antenna signal distribution
You can find our best quality but low-cost antenna cables with connectors or without connectors and separate connectors and adapters.
You can distribute terrestrial antenna signal from one distribution point to all reception points in even level or you can use a main line and taps to get uneven level outputs in different points of the main line. Or you can combine these.
Splitters are used to distribute even level signal from 1 point to all reception points. This is easy and clear. You need a splitter with enough outputs to all reception points.
Taps might be more useful in some situations like long buildings. Taps must be chosen so that first taps get smaller part of the signal so that the main line signal stays strong enough until the end of the main line.
Reception points must have antenna wall sockets that allow you to get each type of antenna signals (terrestrial, satellite and radio) to TVs, DVB receivers and radios.
Combiners allow you to combine different type of antenna signals to 1 cable outside. Then you only need 1 cable to go to the distribution point inside.
Grounding helps to protect your equipment from lightning damages.
Tools
Terrestrial antenna meters allows you to direct your antenna by giving you the signal level coming from the antenna. More advanced models also tell you the signal quality and more detailed channel specific information. Some models even allow you to view TV on the meter screen.

Card readers
If you want to watch pay-tv channels, you also need a separate Antenna HD Ready CI+ CAM for your TV.
DVB receivers
All our terrestrial receivers are compatible with free DVB-T and DVB-T2 TV channels in Finland and in other countries. Some of our terrestrial receivers are also compatible with pay-tv terrestrial channels when a separate Antenna HD Ready CI+ CAM is used. Problem situations
Do you have no idea which cable goes to which room? If you have a lot of cables and don't know which one goes where, you can use a tester.
LTE filter might help if 4G or 5G traffic creates problems for TV channels. Problems might be bigger when there is a lot of 4G or 5G traffic (for example evenings in residential areas).
